3 day course of Pc-Dmis training

 

This course will cover:

  • Starting the machine up and CMM basics
  • Probe calibration
  • Manual and DCC alignments
  • Coordinate systems and why they matter
  • The main auto features
  • The main constructed features
  • Dimensioning

This course will take an CMM operator to a CMM programmer. It covers that basics of Pc-Dmis and what is needed to write a program.

Price - $2000 for the 1st person and every additional person is $1000.

5 day course of Pc-Dmis training

 

This course will cover:

  • Starting the machine up and CMM basics
  • Probe calibration
  • Manual and DCC alignments
  • Coordinate systems and why they matter
  • How to use auto features
  • How to use constructions
  • GD&T basics from a CMM stand point
  • Dimensioning
  • Extra labs

This course is more in depth than the 3 day and can take someone from no knowledge of CMMs to a programmer.

Price - $3000 for the 1st person and every additional person is $1500

This course will cover,

  • Using virtual tools
  • Coordinate systems and why they matter
  • Using basics(dimensions)
  • Registering Pattern

All of the labs will be using your parts on your machine so the new programmer will feel confident when the course is finished.

This course will cover,

  • Vision machine basics
  • Starting the machine up
  • Creating elements
  • Using the light probe, depth stylus and rotary
  • Using virtual tools
  • Coordinate systems and why they matter
  • Using GD&T and basics(dimensions)
  • Registering Pattern
  • Editing an existing program

All of the labs will be using your parts on your machine so the new programmer will feel confident when the course is finished.
